"The oil massages at the Holistic Centre were worth the journey from Kauai to Vellore. This is what I experienced: As the therapist pours the warm/hot oil toes up on your prone body slowly and deliberately it releases an instantaneous intense migrating relaxation unlike any. Each wave that follows doesn’t create repetition but an intense expectation. The bench, hard and bare, I was told made out of neem and mango, unlike any massage table, is unique. No falling asleep and being woken up to turn around but just enough total relaxation to enjoy the exhilarating experience."

"I had a wonderful experience at the Sri Narayani Ayurvedic Center which I have had the privilege to visit on three occasions since October 2021. It is an enchanting, relaxing haven in the middle of a spiritual oasis. The rooms are clean and look out onto a medicinal forest. Hot food is served in the dining hall three times a day, with an array of cut fruit at each meal. The staff are very polite and make one feel so welcome and special. Treatments are in immaculate rooms with spiritual music playing during the traditional massage therapies.
