Our guests are not left alone, we provide them the best medical advice as per their health condition. We provide them the medical visa request and the medical visa invitation or requisition letter their arrival. We also send to the Indian embassies in various countries for support.
What we need from the guest
- Full name of the patient and passport number
- Patient’s associate name and passport number
- Country name and address
- Tentative date of arrival
What we provide to the guest
- Our professional staff members will take care of the pick-up and drop services and they will receive you on your arrival at the holistic centre.
- We will help you in the completion of formalities in both outpatient and in-patient process
- We need an original and a copy of your passport & C form for registration. We will retain the photocopy of your passport in our hospital records. This is mandatory according to the directives of government of India.
- Local SIM cards will be provided and with an amount re-fill service for easing communication locally. The guests will have to bear the charges.
- There will be an initial deposit at the time of admission according to the total approximate cost estimation communicated to you by our financial counsellors. You are expected to pay the balance amount before the treatment, procedure, or surgery.
- There will be an assistant throughout your stay for better coordination
- You can have your stay in any of our holistic centre or accommodation service providers.
